How do I cancel my booking?

ReserveTheNight supports self-serve cancellation for all bookings. The steps differ slightly depending on whether you have an account or have booked as a guest.

Cancelling as a signed-in account user

1. Sign in to your account at ReserveTheNight.
2. Go to My Bookings.
3. Find the booking you want to cancel and click on it to open the booking details.
4. Select Cancel booking.
5. A cancellation preview will be shown - this displays any applicable cancellation fee and the expected refund amount before you confirm.
6. Review the details and confirm the cancellation.

Your booking is cancelled immediately upon confirmation.

Cancelling as a guest (no account)

1. Open the booking confirmation email and click the booking access link, or go to guest booking recovery and enter the email address used at checkout to receive a new access link.
2. On the guest booking page, select Cancel booking.
3. A cancellation preview is shown with any applicable fee and the expected refund amount.
4. Confirm the cancellation to proceed.

Cancellation fees and refunds

Cancellation is subject to the policy attached to the rate you booked. The cancellation preview screen shows the exact fee (if any) and the refund amount before you confirm - you are not committed until you complete the final confirmation step.

After cancelling

A cancellation confirmation email is sent to the email address associated with your booking once the cancellation has been processed. If you do not receive it within a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder.
