World Cities Database

Usage: City name autocomplete and destination lookup. Data is filtered and normalized for our search index.
OurAirports
Dataset: OurAirports Airport Database

Usage: Airport name and code autocomplete in the destination search field.
OpenFlights Airport Database
Dataset: OpenFlights Airport Database
Provider: OpenFlights
License: Open Database License (ODbL 1.0). See the dataset license.
Usage: Supplementary airport data merged with the OurAirports dataset.
OpenStreetMap
Dataset: OpenStreetMap (via Geofabrik extracts and Overpass API)
License: Open Database License (ODbL)
Usage: Hotel, attraction, and transport suggestions; interactive hotel maps; and nearby-place information. Map and nearby-place views also show contributor credits.
Geoapify
Nearby-place searches use the Geoapify Places API, including OpenStreetMap data. Nearby-place views display “Powered by Geoapify” and OpenStreetMap contributor attribution.

Google Maps Platform and Google Places
Google Places supplies hotel ratings, reviews, place information, and photographs where available. Google Maps branding and the authors supplied with photos and reviews are credited alongside that content. These materials are provided under Google’s terms; they are not covered by the open-data licenses above.

Search animation — Noto Emoji
The dolphin loading animation is by Google, from Animated Noto Emoji, used under CC BY 4.0. We resized and compressed the animation and extracted a still frame for reduced-motion preferences. Both versions are displayed horizontally mirrored.
Open-source software
Our website uses React, Next.js, Leaflet, React Leaflet, React Markdown, Auth.js, Stripe’s JavaScript libraries, and their dependencies. Leaflet is licensed under the BSD 2-Clause License; the other libraries retain their respective licenses and copyright notices.
