How do I view my booking details and itinerary?

Your booking details page shows everything you need for your stay: your confirmation number, hotel name, check-in and check-out dates, room type, number of guests, and total amount charged. Here is how to access it.

If you have a ReserveTheNight account

1. Sign in to your account.
2. Go to My Bookings - this is available from your account menu or directly at /account/bookings.
3. Find the booking in the list and click it to open the full details page.

If you booked as a guest (no account)

Your confirmation email contains a secure booking link. Clicking that link takes you directly to your booking details page, which shows the same information as above.

If you no longer have access to that email or the link has expired, you can request a fresh link:

1. Go to /guest/bookings/recover.
2. Enter your confirmation number and the email address you used at checkout.
3. A new secure link will be sent to that email address.

The secure link is personal - do not share it with others, as it grants access to your booking.

How to save or print your itinerary

There is no separate download or export button, but your booking details page is formatted for easy printing. Use your browser's Print function (typically Ctrl+P on Windows or ⌘+P on Mac) to print the page or save it as a PDF. This gives you a copy of all the key details for your records or to show at hotel check-in.
