My bookings are not showing in my account - what do I do?
If your bookings page is empty or a specific booking is missing, there are several common reasons:
Check you are signed in to the correct account
The most common cause of missing bookings is being signed in to a different account than the one used to make the booking. ReserveTheNight associates bookings with the specific account they were made under.
- Check the email address shown in your account settings - is it the same address used at the time of booking?
- If you have multiple email addresses, sign out and sign back in with the address you used for that booking.
If the booking was made as a guest
Bookings made through guest checkout (without creating an account) are not attached to an account and will not appear on your bookings page, even if the guest email address matches your account email.
To access a guest booking, use the link in your booking confirmation email, or go to the guest booking recovery page and enter the email used at checkout to receive a new access link.

If the booking was made with a different email address
If you booked using a different email address than the one you are currently signed in with, the booking is associated with that other email's account or with a guest session. Sign in with the account that matches the booking's email address, or use the guest recovery flow.
Recently confirmed bookings
Bookings typically appear in your account within a few minutes of confirmation. If you just completed a booking, wait a moment and refresh the page.
If the booking is confirmed but still not showing
If you have received a booking confirmation email and are confident you are signed in to the correct account, but the booking still does not appear after 30 minutes, contact ReserveTheNight support via the contact form. Have your booking reference number (from the confirmation email) ready - this allows the team to locate the booking quickly.
