How do I unsubscribe from marketing emails?
ReserveTheNight sends a small number of optional email types alongside required transactional messages. You can opt out of marketing and other non-essential emails at any time.
Option 1 - Unsubscribe link in the email
The fastest way to unsubscribe is to use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any marketing or promotional email from ReserveTheNight. Click the link and follow the instructions on the page that opens. Your preference will be updated and future marketing emails will stop.
Allow up to 5 business days for the change to take effect across all email lists.
Option 2 - Account email preferences
If you have a ReserveTheNight account, you can manage your email preferences directly:
- Sign in to your account.
- Go to Account Settings.
- Find the Email Preferences section.
- Toggle off Marketing emails (and any other optional categories you wish to turn off).
- Save your preferences.
